Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.

Tear off the adhesive strip on the bag and seal.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that includes a tracking to the parcel. We also recommend that you obtain a receipt. The cost of returning your items are your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.
We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong or defective product. For prepaid return label address, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0800 808 5772.
Refunds & Processing Time
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days as soon as we have received your goods in the warehouse. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days (approximately 5 to 10 working days) to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ECCO.
In order to service you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our free delivery*, you will get the right size and color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we have receive your return, we will credit your account.
