Merchandise must be returned within 28 days
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
Merchandise must have all tags attached
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.
Follow the steps below should you wish to return your item(s)
Step 1: Complete the return form by marking the appropriate box with the reason of your return.
Step 2: Send this form with the items you wish to return.
Step 3: Stick the prepaid return label on your bag. Please do not stick the prepaid return label on the original shoe box.
Step 4: Leave the package to your closest Post office or Royal mail service center.
The service of free returns is effective from April 14, 2014
If you do not use the provided prepaid return label you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.
If you return a used, worn or washed item that are not approved in our quality control, we can not send the item back to you.
If you receive a defect/wrong item or a damaged parcel with missing item(s) we need photographic evidence of this. Please send a photo to us at customer service so we can investigate this further. We are then responsible for the return.
Refunds & Processing Time
Please note, it can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return to our warehouse in Sweden. We strongly encourage you to use our prepaid return label included in the parcel and to keep your receipt as a proof of postage. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days as soon as we have received your goods in the warehouse. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
