Return Policy

• 28 days return policy
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
• Merchandise must have all tags attached
• Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.  Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.
• Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Please follow the steps below should you wish to return your item(s)

1. Complete the enclosed return form.
2. Place the return form inside the bag/box with the item(s).
3. Tear off the adhesive strip on the bag and seal.
4. Return this package to the address:

Please note: 

• You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that includes a tracking to the parcel.  We also recommend that you obtain a receipt. The cost of returning your items are your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.
• We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong or defective product. For prepaid return label address, please contact customer service at customerservice.ecco@boozt.com or 0800 808 5772.
