1. Shopping – made easy

Please put the items in your shopping cart and then begin the checkout process when you are ready to complete your order.


2. How can I pay?

You can pay via all major credit cards and Paypal.

As we use secure payments via 3D Secure on online shopping is safe and secure.

Your credit card will not be charged until your goods have been dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you have placed your order.


3. Easy Returns

We have done our best to make it easy for you to return any products from your order in five simple steps:

  1. Please take care when opening the plastic bag or parcel, as it can easily be re-used to return your items.
  2. Simply fill in the return form and place it in the bag together with the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Return this package to the address:

    Please note:  You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that includes a tracking to the parcel.  We also recommend that you obtain a receipt. 
  4. In the case where you have received a faulty item(s), plese contact our customer service at or 0800 808 5772.
  5. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to get back to us and we will process your return within 48 hours of receipt.

4. What is the shipping cost?

The shipping fee is £2.95 on orders below £49


5. Shipping – When and how will I get my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Here you will find a link where you can track your order. We usually deliver your package within 3-5 working days but often the postman gets it to you even faster.

We use GLS for all deliveries to UK. If you are not at home when the delivery comes, you will get a notification letter and you can then pick up your package at the nearest collection point.

Please note that we do not ship to Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
