We want your shopping experience at ECCO online to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. This section provides you with all the practical information you may need relating to buying online from ECCO.


1. Shopping – made easy

Please put the items in your shopping cart and then begin the checkout process when you are ready to complete your order.


2. How can I pay?

You can pay via all major credit cards and Paypal.

As we use secure payments via 3D Secure on online shopping is safe and secure.

Your credit card will not be charged until your goods have been dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you have placed your order.


3. Easy Returns

We have done our best to make it easy for you to return any products from your order in five simple steps.

  1. Please take care when opening the plastic bag or parcel as it can easily be re-used to return your item(s).
  2. Simply fill in the return form and place it in the bag together with the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. After completing the return form, please use the pre-addressed and prepaid return label* and put it on the outside of the package. 
    *We recommend that you use the provided return label.  If you do not use the provided prepaid return label, you are responsible for the goods until they reach ouf warehouse and the value of the postage will not be refunded except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.
  4. Please visit to arrange a pick-up for your return with UPS.  This pick-up service is free of charge and the return fee for the prepaid label is 6€.
  5. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to get back to us and we will process your return within 48 hours of receipt.

4. What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is 9.95€.


5. Shipping – When and how will I get my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Here you will find a link where you can track your order. We usually deliver your package within 5-6 working days but often the postman gets it to you even faster.

We use UPS for all deliveries to Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal,  Spain. If you are not at home when the delivery comes, you will get a notification letter and you can then pick up your package at the nearest collection point. Please note that your package may be delivered to a neighboring residence in the case that you are not available.
